The value of your money will not be as big as today or you can’t even pretend the value of it in the next ten years. This is the same as the worth of your house. Sometimes sacrifices become a better solution and it will even give you a lot of benefits that’s more than what you ever think of. I know a story that really made me decide of selling my house as well.
My uncle and aunt doesn’t have any kids, they are in the early 70’s and now retired. They sold their house to a buyer they’ve met from a sell and rent back. They mentioned to me that it’s more convenient to that way. They said that they wanted to spend their money to the fullest. It will be a lot cheaper and they can save a lot when renting rather than paying their mortgages. The company gave them very nice option and deal!
At first, I never really thought that these kinds of business exist, but I was amazed that there are firms like this who help people like my uncle and aunt. Truly a blessing! Now with their deal with the seller that now rent the place, they don’t have to worry about the high cost mortgage that they pay, and instead, they just spend their savings to travel and relax.
